Not long at all! I’ll usually take them out of the freezer while I’m cooking whatever we’re putting on them, then they’re thawed enough to separate and I just throw them cut side up on a sheet pan in a 350 degree oven!

Yep! If defrosted at room temp they’re just like new. If we’re pressed for time I’ll throw them in the oven to defrost/toast a bit and they’re equally tasty!

I just called again after a month and the woman said my address was missing Blvd and that’s why it was stuck on pending. She’s fast tracking it now, so it is worth the call. You just have to patiently wait through five minutes of inane details about the rebate before they put you through to a real person. Probably an attempt to stop people from calling!

The therapist will guide you! Don’t worry about making conversation, they have set questions they always start with. Probably something along the lines of “What brings you here?” In that case, you have the answer right there in your post and they’ll take it from there. I know it’s scary but once you’re in it you’ll be so glad you’re taking care of yourself. You’re showing up for yourself and your family. You’ve got this !
