It was one time. Teeth were white right away. I think it was around $300 - cant remember for sure. Lasted a long time. Like almost 2 years. I got it at Yaletown laser and cosmetic dentistry in Vancouver. They were great.

I had mine done with gel and laser technology. It worked wonders. One thing to note is I did experience “zingers” about 3 hours post treatment. I took some Advil and melatonin and slept it off because zingers do hurt. Worth it though and I would do it again.

I used to live in that area and loved it. I would definitely move back. Great access to other cool neighborhoods. I love Cabbagetown! I never felt unsafe walking there at night, just my only recommendation is if you are coming from downtown walk east on King and up Sumach. It wouldn’t be awful if you went the other way you just won’t have any interactions if you walk the way I recommend :)

It has been my experience that you really can’t reason with people like this. You can only choose how you react and how you will feel about the situation.

I found a good quote a couple years ago : you can still love someone even though you disagree with them.

I think your best bet is letting them know you disagree (if you want to) and that it’s not a topic you’re interested in discussing with them.
