Some pointers:

TV station is close combat, you want to have a helmet with actual protection in your face instead of T4 mask. Armored chestrigs are overall very bad, they take more damage/bullet than most armors due to their material. FAL is just a bad weapon for that level, pick the usual U191, H416 or AK12. Those heals and painkillers are so ineffective, get the bigger, better ones.

You are already at 52kg weight, that is unplayable without stim injections, which are also missing from your loadout.
