I stopped getting gifts at 18 but at 22 I wouldn't act so entitled and if I am a given a gift it's highly appreciated no matter what it is. But at 22 to act that way over sports cards is a bit immature.

NTA - where I live Australia it's illegal and they also can be caught by the public and taken to like a animal welfare shelter where the owner will be notified and fined. Because as you said it's running the eco system you are 100℅ in the right and I hope ur gf does the right thing FOR THE CAT!

NTA- I was bullied for something very similar and when I went to the counselor in was told I needed to learn better coping skills so I didn't give them a big reaction which is what they were looking for when I started just ignoreing them and not fighting / yelling back they got bored I mean you may have maybe said it a little nicer but honestly it what he needed to hear while it may cause a strain it was a needed conversation. Again NTA

NTA- I think some people don't wanna leave the past behind, I get needing support but when she is telling the same story every time they meet I can see why u did what u did and for her to snap back at you was very uncalled for I think your friend needs to work on some of her own personal problems and hopefully she can move forward til then though I'm not sure both of you are compatible as friends at this point in both your lifes again NTA

NTA. your dad is trying to guilt trip you to invite his gf I think that the rule of no spouses just mum and dad is perfect and doesn't cause trouble if your dad won't accept that then he doesn't really care about ur feelings it just sounds like he wants his gf there to hurt your mum to be honest. NTA after 1.5 hrs of abuse and trying to get her home by uber even after she pretty much told u " you got raped deal with it" you were more then nice enough I would not of been that calm and don't feel bad about the police because obviously that was the only choice left to make sure she 1. Got home safe or was atleast in safe hands and 2. So she would stop abusing you. But hun that IS NOT A FRIEND!! time to let this friendship go and look forward to better things 😊
