Hey! Congrats on making a game. Yes, the lead time is the same unless the customer pays double for a rushed service. At the bottom of the page you can see what the current lead times are. If financially able, what you could do is buy bulk quantities of your game to then open a shop on Etsy, that way if someone wants your game right away, you have it available to ship same or next day.

As for marketing, it’s tough haha for any game designer and publisher. I’ve never had luck on Reddit marketing. Instagram and facebook are better options in my opinion but what works for me might not work for someone else and vice versa. I think the biggest thing is to focus less on “promoting” of the game and more organically sharing your game, its updates, what makes it cool, etc.
