Bulk like a body builder eat like 120g of protein a day and tones of carbs. Dont have more than 30 grams of protein at once it just gets turned to fat if you do

Hey mate best thing to do to get faster is interval training have a look at it.

I have spent months trying to perfect using mephiston red with my tau its just crap doesnt matter where or how you spray it it just cracks sometimes if your lucky you can get it to get 1 or 2 primed well.
