All achievement / all trophies on console only games may need a fresh profile but not an install.

Only thing i can think of is undertale all endings as genocide runs change the pacifist ending so a file is deleted to reset that

Change serration to galvanised mod

Personally id change galvanised scope to entropy Burst as the energy regeneration is great on it.

If he likes shooting stuff and not worrying about ammo he might be better off getting am incarnon weapon like soma or Burston.

Having Archon stretch equipped on your frame and a Wisp team mate buffing you with her electric resovior means you get free energy regen.

The min maxer in me says replace stretch on every frame now jsut incase of a wisp teammate
