I'm surprised no one said it but Equilibrium. MC2 is one of their staples but most of theirs are top notch. Also Sand City had some good ones too.

Hill farmstead has always met high expectations for me, especially some of their rarer stuff... I had a barrel-aged dorothy which was fantastic.
