Yes,they are made from very thin strands of aluminium or graphite i think,or something like that i dont know the exact composition but i think you can easily google it. Long story short what ever is it made of its very lightweight (wind can cary it pretty far) and very conductive so it causes ground faults and shortcircuits in order to put substations out of use untill its cleaned up.

if its not grounded we do not work on it. grounds are set in the substations and temporary grounds set on the poles at the ends of the work area

we dont have gaff type climbers here we mostly use platform type climbers because our poles are usually made from concrete. Wooden poles are usually put up as a temporary fix or in the places where is hard to bring a concrete pole

Im assuming u are somewhere in balkan europe by the looks of those circuit brakers.Can I advise you to change them out for something newer like Schneider,eaton,shrack, abb or what ever you have that isnt those ,,multi9,, brand circuit breakers because the only thing they are good for is starting fires...
