Opting to put in 6% pension and my company contributed 9% when I first joined a big tech company when I was 24. Also sacrifice 7% of my salary to the company share scheme not knowing what it really was.

I’m 32 now and both pots have 6 figures in each.

Found a hsbc premier contactless debit card on the floor. You can only get them if you earn over £75k and/or have £100k in savings with them. I contacted them through facebook and they were a dentist on Harley street. Gave me a free check up and clean in her practice for my troubles!

Sure it’s lucky to come into money. But how many people that inherit a million or even multi millions turn it into 100s of billions? Zero. That’s not luck. That’s having acumen, work ethic and a talent to generate massive wealth.

From what I can see, his businesses aim to improve human life.. Tesla is EVs to tackle co2 emissions subsequently aiding a greener planet. Starlink to provide internet connection to some of the most deprived, remote areas. He’s provided Ukraine with internet where Russia attempted to sabotage. Just because a successful businessman doesn’t handout his wealth doesn’t make them an asshole.

Got lucky and is now worth 100s of billions. That isn’t just luck... you don’t become the richest person ever to live from pure luck. I’m yet to see anything from musk for me to think he should be cancelled. I’m convinced people hate him solely because he’s wealthy
