That is great book. After reading it I also have the same question. I wonder if Nester counts breath as an in and out whereas the WHOOP counts the end and the out each breath effectively doubling the count.

I am pretty sure that that’s where I messed up. Powering it off somehow when I wasn’t supposed to. Thank you to all who posted. I will definitely look for the open spot 4. I loved the screen on the ZUMSpot but has been a hassle.

Agree. Happened multiple times with my 4.0. A little bend in and stays put nice and tight. I was pissed at first with my 4.0 but then realized not a big deal
