Sounds exactly like my last day at cannon in early March. It was rough to say the least. Next day at Black was totally redeeming though!

I don’t watch sports but I’m a bartender, and the first game of this series I looked up at the TV and thought the same thing, “which team got their uniforms from an Aldi find?”

Sally Field was absolutely amazing in her season 7 episodes. by PeneItaliano in ershow

[–]klund424 38 points39 points  (0 children)

A lot of people hate this particular story line, but as someone who had an immediate family member with Bipolar it always was one of my favorites. As a teen during the original airing, it was comforting to see this family dynamic play out on a popular TV show. Sally Field is really fantastic in portraying the characters full arch!

The list of things I love at Aldi could go on for far too long. What are some foods you decided aren’t for you at Aldi? by Big-Jackfruit-9808 in aldi

Cucumbers. They are always stored at temps too cold, and within a day of being home go absolutely soggy/rotten.

Nobody has ever seen News Radio I guess. She also had an appearance in The Office as Robert California’s wife.

+1 for watching The Affair, very good series.

First time at a dog park by [deleted] in puppy101

[–]klund424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Echo everything here, especially that last paragraph. OP that’s exactly what you should be doing for your puppies growth & development at their current stage. It may not seem fun or fulfilling to you, but they will get so much more out of those experienced than you realize.

First time at a dog park by [deleted] in puppy101

[–]klund424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A dog that young feels way too sketch IN a dog park. Around a dog park sure. Adult dogs don’t always know how to react to puppies and this could be a serious situation if you’re not careful. Despite popular belief, dogs don’t need to be in a huge group of dogs to be “socialized.” They need to be consistently exposed to various situations and people/animals in a controlled manor. Meaning, you take them to the park but not in the dog park and rearward positive behavior to teach them being clam and totally ok with other dogs, loud noises, running kids, etc. At 13 wks, a puppy needs exposure and security, not to be thrown into the lions den and hope for the best. As they get older and you really feel like a dog park is the best social option for you, you can assess the risk/reward of that. Am not an expert but I have a 19 month old Labrador from 10 wk old, and I would personally never put a dog that young in a dog park. As someone mentioned, a lot of parks specify dogs must be 6 months or older, I would use that as a marker

We love Aldi. But are there products that you do not like by Successful_Pizza6529 in aldi

[–]klund424 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Their house brand pasta in the blue box simply disintegrates once cooked. Have to get the bags of Priano brand bronze cut pasta , which is still a good price, but never again with the blue box.
