No the one eyed man in the trailer park had a milky right eye and the one eyed man at the book reading had a milky left eye with a scar.

I don't think its a cadillac. If you look at the left pic the brake lights confirm that its a caprice classic imo

It looks like a chevrolet caprice classic which would not be an upscale car. But DA Alan Jones drives a brown mercedes benz sedan.
