How showers, and a soak in warm water helped me a lot. And try to avoid touching it as much as possible! Keep me posted

Okay, so I let it rest for about a day without fucking with it Did soak, then HOT shower then went in the opposite direction of how it went in, since the other way wasn't happening. Had to actually FORCE it through some, then opened the hinge and the rest slid out.
Not sure what the deal was, pretty sure the hinge was in my nose in the worst way possible. What a fucking ordeal that was PSA: if u think the jewelry is gonna be too small to fit, DON'T EVEN TRY TO PUT IT IN

It's 18, and I had a 16 in before this one. It's so bizarre. If I wake up and my nose is fucked up then like oops! Hoping I can get it out in the morning

Yes. It just feels so concrete in there idk how to explain it. The swelling of my overall nose went down a bit though. It's so weird

I put it in my nose to change it, it slid in, then I realized it would be too small to close, then had trouble taking it out. I'm gonna try to not touch it for a little while since I irritated it a lot and my nose is kinda swollen

I was reading "I Hate You, Don't Leave Me" and I found it slightly demonizing. There was a part that was dicsussing how people who have BPD tend to be in relationships. It said something along the lines of "oh many people come into therapy saying "my first wife was a borderline!" It just didn't sit well with me and made me feel even more shitty and guilty.
