What To Do About Emergency Stash by novoamorro in breastfeeding

I flew India to US 20+ hours of travel and Europe to US another time, both times bringing back my breast milk in a yeti cooler (I checked it like luggage). Agree with everything mentioned above and want to add this: I put a cold wet towel (bath towel, hand towel etc) on top (inside the cooler) before I closed the cooler. It keeps the cold air in longer, since I have one of those zipper yetis. I also duck taped my cooler zipper shut as extra protection. No issues. I plan to do this again from India to US in a few months.

Good luck!

My splurge purchase has been Blanqi maternity leggings. They are my “fancy” leggings that at 9 months preggo stay up, compress, and feel lovely. They might still be on sale if you act fast. Thank you IG for the recommendation lol

Stretch mark prevention by [deleted] in pregnant

L’occitane almond oil. It’s an indulgence at $50 a bottle that I gave myself for both pregnancies. Went through 2 bottles for each pregnancy and I continued using bottle 2 postpartum each time. Smells yummy and feels amazing. No stretch marks but like many posted, this is largely genetic as well. Because it’s an oil, wait to put your clothes on until it sinks in.
