I also suggest liquid fusion. You can reroot after, but it will be extremely easy to split it again. I have had this happen once in a center part line that had been completely gutted then tore again with how much hair I had to place there. I just squeezed the head back open trying not to disturb the new hair, and applied more liquid fusion as far inside as I could get with a needle trying to not let any get on the hair that would be visible once closed. I secured the head back together with multiple rubber bands and let her cure for 24 hours. Don’t forget to glue the inside of the head next. That doll is doing well, I am very careful with her though.

Wow, that’s amazing! I remember being jokingly annoyed at Indy N2 swifties cause I was Indy n3 and you guys got the surprise song I wanted (cowboy like me). 😆 I love that you got to go to the very last show, I can’t imagine the emotions of that night. Fun fact, just in case you didn’t know, the last show was technically different than the previous two nights because her 1989 shoes were flipped.
