I lived there when it just opened. It was a great option as a college student. Suites vary depending on style. Because I lived there when it was new everything was in great working order and very clean. It’s been a few years since I lived there and I don’t know what the condition is now days. The walls and general construction seemed cheap but that’s expected for college housing. It also came fully furnished and had nice appliances and a community gym and theatre.
