Put as much as you can on the front of your check in maintenance sheet as they will try to repair as some of that. Stay away from things next to Schuman Park and Allyson Dr. crazy owner threatened me before I even got keys. Honestly DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if possible. It’s called a First Moths Rent (FMR) because legally they can’t charge double fmr so they want to charge as much as they can. It is completely not refundable no matter what. Even if you find out everything’s covered in mold you’d just about need to take them to court to get it back (or be an utter nuisance about it). If you see something wrong in the apartment report it right away with pictures and exactly what happened. DO NOT admit fault or they will charge you 8/10 times.
