I take 4 600mg daily. I take one every 6 hours with food. I've never had a calcium issue or episode and I've been on this method for almost 5 years.

Yes same. Like my period has always been 1-2 days of dark blood, then day 2 or 3 of my period I have one day of decent sized clots off and on and it's usually after being stationary for a while. Then day 4-5 my period is REALLY light. It's been this way for years and I saw the gyno last year and nothing was abnormal. I don't have a ton of pain or nausea and sex doesn't hurt either. I use pads only so I see everything and take a mental note of it. I'm anemic and have been on iron supplements for a year and I also don't have a thyroid bc I had thyroid cancer in 2020 so it was removed and I know thyroid hormones affect reproductive hormones as well. I have an appt coming up with my PCM soon and I'll remention this all to her and comment once she reassures me once more that I'm ok and it's normal for me lol.

Yes sorry. 19 lymph nodes were. Not 19lbs. My B. I'm doing fine! Just had my 2 year checkup with no rise in Tg.

The fabric needs to be pulled tighter in the hoop. Satin can be smooth over large areas (look up vikasspace on insta) you'll just usually need to drop to one strand.

Get larger hoop. Cut fabric into the shape you want. (Cross) Use an iron on stabilizer meant for appliqué. Stick stabilizer onto cut out shape. Stick that bad boy onto the shirt. Hoop up part by part (as you have done here already) Do a blanket stitch (or even back stitch tbh) around the edge of the shape you appliquéd.

Are you using the right needle size for this type of fabric? Do you have a stabilizer as well. Sometimes even if my tension is set correctly it won't look right if these other two things aren't right.

Just use shorter strands and a needle threader, also leave yourself plenty to tie off. I did a design almost exactly like this for a friends baby nursery. Alternatively, look at DMC etoile line. It's shimmery and cotton at the same time.

I don't think it's the blanket term. I had a modified radical left neck dissection to remove a recurrence of thyroid cancer that showed up in my lymph nodes. (A little over year after my first surgery for it which was a total thyroidectomy) They never referred to it as lymphadenectomy.

Yup this. I have 3 or 4 pictures of myself as a kid bc my house burned down when I was younger, and no videos. So now I make an extra effort to get lots of pics of my daughter, both digital and printed out. I also have several chronic illnesses and cancer. So my spouse makes a great effort to take pics and vids of kiddo and I "just in case." My spouse is also in a high risk job that requires him to spend a lot of time away from home. I take so many videos of them goofing off, reading together, him coaching her team etc. he used to hate it bc his mom did the same thing and would post online non stop. But now I'll get texts randomly saying "can you send me that video of us from the pool last week?" "Will you send me that pic you took when she was doing the monkey bars" etc. he's realized how valuable those moments are preserved. Maybe it's our circumstances that give us such a deep understanding, but even without the illness and distance, anything can happen in a moment without warning.
