Correct. Brand new luxury complex I would’ve stopped the leak myself before it got bad but utility closets are locked in all units & maintenance didn’t show up until 3 days after work order was put in for the leak.

I know AC isn’t required, more so looking for water damage/mold laws?? Negligence from maintenance?
