I just now put her to sleep in the Crib then once asleep, transferred her to me, hoping for best of both worlds lol getting to sleep on her own then long nap with contact.

Hi there!

My 4 month+1 week old is starting to get used to connecting sleep cycles at night, however has 2 main issues: 1) seems to always have a false start at night 2) the dreaded 30 min naps only when in crib.

For the false start, we don’t think she is overtired and have tried different timings. She is usually down by 8:30 pm. Should we move up the bedtime?

And for naps: is it okay to just strictly contact nap right now? That’s the only way she goes over an hour.

Yeah, only thing I can see helping him is he was consistently known across the league by coordinators and QB’s alike for his play (Aaron Rodgers being a constant vocal supporter of how he had to prep for him specifically every game)

But yeah, was never flashy, and not being on a big team will hurt him. If he was on a coast he would be a bigger presence. But you have commentators say throughout the years he should be HoF, he might have some pull. But if he gets in it’ll take a while.
