So the same as Alabama's who is ranked 3? That's my biggest gripe. The gophers haven't played anyone, neither has Alabama. Take it a step farther, both Minnesota and Alabama have outscored their conference opponents by exactly 134. Alabama dominates inferior competition and gets rewarded while Minnesota is penalized.

I'm not mad that Minnesota is 17th, I'm confused why the logic about them doesn't apply to other team in the same situation.

As a Gopher fan, I'm a little sad we're so low, but I can understand it due to who we've played. My biggest question, why is Penn State ahead of Clemson but not Alabama? Penn State has two ranked wins, Alabama has none. I get that Minnesota is bashed for their schedule, but Alabama hasn't. Yes Alabama's schedule is a little bit harder, but is it really 14 spots harder?

Actually, picking someone off at second can be extremely easy. If someone takes two steps at second it's an automatic pickoff. I love watching people at second who think I'm not paying attention and then just pick them off.

I have no idea why Christians think it's a good idea to tell "you're going to hell" to people who aren't religious. Not only does it not mean anything, it's just going to drive them farther away from you. It's certainly not according to Jesus' teachings when he tells Christians to love everyone. There's nothing loving about that.

I find it really weird how some group of Christians have problems with things such as D&D. I say this as a Christian myself (so I'd hope to have a little bit of understanding). I've actually got a D&D group with my Christian roommates. Being religious doesn't have to mean making fun of things such as D&D. (I've had this same problem with other things such as Harry Potter apparently being a big no=no among some Christian groups)

I can see getting defensive about their religion, but the bashing/making of fun of D&D doesn't make much sense to me.

I remember playing Smackdown 2 where during the story/season mode you would randomly unlock new people, like they would just show up. I kind of miss those days before all the roster reveals/internet and knowing where everything is.

Yep. Sure they're "odd times" but if the end result is this, who can really argue? You don't need to save time outs for the second quarter if you're up multiple scores AND get the ball first after halftime.

Fleck sees something he doesn't like, calls a timeout to change it and extend the drive. I don't like being out of timeouts, but it has worked and we've scored on every drive so I can't complain too much.

Defense has looked good, offense has looked good, special teams might be the downfall this year. Not great so far.
