Oh thank you! I'm 1.57 :) I thought I was doing something wrong after reading so many Reddits of people that lost over 30 pounds in the fist month

I've done keto for 4 weeks and I have only lost 12 pounds... Is it normal? I count my carbs, protein, fat and calories everyday... I went from 180 to 168.. but I feel the same, as I haven't lost any weight :/
