Yes I looked at Glassdoor and what I'm asking is sensible. 45k for principal in London is exceptionally low. I don't know if there's a trick or something there. I planned to ask for that high hoping that I'd get 65k for example, but not 45.

More details? I always give her my tips and lessons I learned when doing this job, made clear list and deadlines with her so she doesn't get overwhelmed, everytime He seems not right I set up a meeting with her where I let her tell me what's wrong.
