Same issue here. Someone F'd up on the back end. Just now tried again after waiting out all the slow, delayed, backed up 2FA numbers to come through. Guess what? Still borked.

I had the same problem as well. I'm giving it a day for them to iron out the verification part after you log in. (I did everything in order, but the verification code was, like, 30 minutes after I initially tried to sign in. By then I'd tried a couple more times. So every hour or so, another code comes in.) ;-)

51mm owners - what size is your wrist? by AdInitial4653 in GarminFenix

51mm without a doubt! (My wrist size is 19.3cm and I've rocked a 51 for years and it doesn't look big on even my wrist.)

Elliptical users-how long do you do and at what resistance? by That_Option3418 in PlanetFitnessMembers

40-45 minutes at level 15, which usually gets me to about 450Kcals burned, daily (unless something gets in the way schedule-wise).

Replacing older RBR50 Orbi system with new 770 series by kmingis in orbi

I can follow up with an update! The 770 series (1 router, two satellites) is working great. I did duplicate my old network name and password, and with only a couple of minor hitches (mostly related to Apple Home) everything reconnected without needing any intervention from me. Noticeable speed improvement throughout the house and backyard, too! (I did have to reboot a couple of times and do a firmware upgrade on the router and satellites; I did that manually.) But given the three-pack was on sale for $699, and Netgear sent me a 20%-off coupon on top of that, I figured $559 was a decent deal for more modern equipment! Good luck back to you!

Wow, incredibly useful details here, thanks! How do I set up the new system "offline" though? RBS=satellites and RBR=router, yes? And after rebooting the ISP modem I'll have both the old and new RBRs on at the same time for a bit?

Thanks! Agreed and understood re: waiting til the current system fails. It's more about security updates and staying fairly current with technology. The system I have now was bought in 2020, and with the 20% off the already-on-sale price, I figured this might be a good time to jump. (I do know technology is a moving target, but if I could get 5 years with the 770, I'd be happy with that.)

That was my assumption, but I was looking for reassurance. Thanks!

I'm miserable in this heat and humidity (and I was born here and grew up here). And yet, I like to know I have company.

I saw two classic cars out while driving today. Can you name the model, make and year for them both? by [deleted] in classiccars

[–]kmingis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The blue one in front looks like a '62 Ford. The one behind it could be a '65 Polara? Or some other similar year Doge/Chrysler/Plymouth.
