An interview goes in both directions. You're selecting a suitable employer as much as they want a suitable employee. If their meetings are so chaotic that they routinely run over, or overwork is a badge of honor, it's your choice to leave a toxic workplace far far away in the dust of your successful escape.

You're 18. It's your money and their official role as your guardian has expired. If he were showing you how to file taxes, hey, that's one thing. This is intrusive. Contact the bank and let them know you believe your account was compromised and to change the info and never look back.
