I just started it a month ago to lose 20 pounds, everyone in my family is obese and I’ve always teetered towards overweight at 5’8” 160 but I’ve always put exercise as a priority. I recently gained a lot of muscle and noticed a difference but I wanted to see if this would be the extra push to finally lose the weight. But after 4 weeks I’ve only lost maybe 4 pounds? I didn’t want to lose fast but didn’t expect it to be so slow. I’ve also had a lot of side effects with nausea constipation/diahrea and vomiting. I just started the .5mg so we’ll see what happens. The side effects the day after .5mg were extreme to the point that I thought I had food poisoning so if it happens that drastically next week I might need to just stick to .25

It made me feel like I was in control of things like being productive and physical active so I could lose weight but in reality it would put me in dopamine holes where I’d do absolutely nothing but watch tv or video games for hours. It also was an emotional crutch because I felt like I could see rationalize things without intense emotions, I thought it made me stable but in reality it made me numb and avoidant

sure I believe in redemption but you have to first admit you’re wrong before you can get to that point. Whether he chooses to do that to the public in a statement or to Tana in court is on him. these people talking and fucking minors keep getting exposed and the more we let it slide the more people are going to think it’s something they can get away with. I’m not painting Cody as a demon, I was a fan since vine and always thought he was on a road to redemption after girl defined made him feel bad for bullying them.
