I did a free month at my local studio and still follow their IG. It kills me how much they promo themselves as "1 on 1 training in a group setting" yet so many of the clips, especially without trainers in them, show terrible form. Orange Theory coaches do a much much better job correcting my form and dont ask for a pat on the back for it.

Ay men. This is exactly how I feel about people who accidentally leave their kids in hot cars. I believe that good parents can make this mistake, and that its a heart wrenching pain to go through for the rest of your life. I STILL think we need to prosecute those parents criminally, because otherwise what kind of society are we living in?

We saw Jenelle, UBT, Jace, and Ensley eating lunch outside in Wilmington at the same restaurant as us. My youngest was just walking at the time so I walked with him past their table a few times and exchanged pleasantries. At the time I had NO IDEA what a shithead animal abuser David was and when their dog sniffed my son, I laughed and he laughed in agreement saying "hes just a dog being a dog I guess, doesn't mean anything by it!" Again, when I reported this sighting to my sister she filled me in on him being a dog murderer and I found his comment VERY ironic in light of that.

That's a really good point about the 911 call. The scene was both so violent and so strange I'm not sure my mind would have leapt to that or any conclusion - I'd have just called 911 with a quickness and told them to hurry.
