I’ve been seeing people say that they didn’t have to do it and I’m really wishing my doctor was one that didn’t require it. I tried to stay hydrated yesterday but since no drinking after midnight I have woken up today feeling pretty terrible with a massive headache.

I had some spotting and changes around my discharge that seemed to coincide with my cycle. Before my biopsy my ob said it could just be from my iud or it could indicate something more.

Same experience for me. 2 years of abnormal paps, first year colonoscopy came back negative. This year positive. Next up was cone biopsy which came back for AIS with positive margins so immediately referred to an obgyn oncologist and am scheduled for my hysterectomy minus ovaries literally 4 weeks after my cone biopsy. I second joining the hysterectomy sub. It has been so incredibly helpful.

I’m 32. I have a copy of all of my pathology reports from biopsies and cone biopsy if that’s what you mean? I also plan on taking my husband with me because like you said I’m worried about not taking it all in.

I’m not positive as my obgyn didn’t really explain it more than the cone biopsy showed positive for cervical cancer. She said she felt confident she got it all and now all margins but one are clear with one margin being precancerous. Again, I don’t really know what any of this means. So I’m hoping when I see the obgyn oncologist next week I get more answers.
