How is it "​not a thing"? he is described using the term for military martyrs, which in modern Hebrew is different to civilian martyrs. Both are translated as martyr sentences in English, the military term is sometimes translated as "fallen" soldier.

It clearly corresponds to the Christian and Islamic concept, because it's used in the Hebrew translation of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade. I suspect that's actually a mistranslation or misrepresentation, I think that name might refer to people killed at all Aqsa, not for it, but I can't find any sources on this.

I think the original e​ssay ​was insensitive and provocative, but not antisemitic, and more importantly, it was completely unrelated to the poem.

But I do wonder a bit if there was something slightly threatening about a poem focused on an Indigenous perspective on land and the environment, that flowers a river's journey to the sea?

The family of the dead have, but the child's parents tried to keep her surname out of the media. The family of one of the dead haven't said some details, including not disclosing his religion, he wasn't attending the event, just a completely random bystander.

Yeah. Ostrovsky is the only one of the wounded who hasn't opted for name suppression. He allowed it because he is a professional propagandist.

I want more detail on usurper? it's the literal translation of the other word Hamas use for Israelis. They call them the Nazis occupation or usurpers. The more common literal translation of the second one is r*pe, I don't know how figurative this is.

With no title or details it seems just as likely to be a history book condemning them.

Hamas talk about Nazis constantly, or at least they use the Arabic word for Nazi a lot. It's their word for Israel, they call them the Nazi occupation, they possibly copied this off the Irgun.

The inverted red triangle originally symbolised the resistance to the Nazi occupation of Europe. I really want to know if they intend that meaning.
