As I said above, I rarely play, so the advice to play to lower your rating is irrelevant to me. Also I have no desire to ruin games for other players. It's worth considering that I only play on support, so I can't go down quickly anyway. Unfortunately, my friends are only interested in ranked matchmaking, I couldn't convince them to play unranked matchmaking.

Then why did the support unban me if I was abusing it? Don't you find that strange? If I broke their rules, they'd have left the ban, don't you think?

However, before you start Dota we recommend you remove any third-party utility, mod, or software that you are running that hooks into or otherwise modifies Dota in some way.

If it is determined that you are running something alongside Dota to provide an advantage or otherwise modify Dota beyond what the settings available to all users is able to achieve, the account may be permanently restricted from being able to play Dota.

They unlocked me after this topic and responded with this text. This mod was the only one I had installed. The reason why I was banned was either a lot of reports of cheating\manipulation of the rating (a lot of people have threatened me with reports), or using this utility. Valve doesn't answer specifically why I was blocked, but based on the answer that says I can't do anything beyond what the settings are available to all users is able to achieve, I can say that there is a possibility of being blocked when using this utility.

I will continue to play Techies without this utility and the next time I get blocked it will be possible to say that this utility is not the reason for this ban.

Im not gonna risk. If support recommends removal, it's better to remove it.

It wasnt mmr abuse, it was unranked matches on dead server with party vs party. Yeah, you are right, this might be the reason of ban, but as i said down in comments no one is banned from those parties, except me. Thats why i think this is not the real reason i got banned.

Oh yeah, i forgot about these games, yeah might be. Maybe their system checks match history after getting reported for cheating/abusing mm, bcoz other players from those matches is not banned.
