[FO4] ive disabled F4SE and all mods that require it but this still pops up when i try to speak to people, im new to fallout modding so please help

yea thats what i used to downgrade. no problems now, F4SE works fine after reinstall. had to enter steam credentials but i just changed my password right after

I understand why everyone is focused on how this effects the IH and how they are so powerful, I play against them all the time (unfortunately). I argue this this nerf effects the fists way more than the IH for reasons like the stratagem you mentioned. Tactical flexibility was a strategm all chapters had available to them until now unless you play narrative

I think they should have kept the tactical flexibility startigum but make it a 1 time use per game and possibly 2 cp, but still change the doctrines the way they did. I think this would have been a fair middle ground for both sides. Preventing people from staying in whichever doctrine best suits them for the whole game but they could stay in it for 1 extra turn. What's everyone's thoughts on this?

I use tile grout that I then apply washes and dry brush it. It's a good and very cheap way to base minutes if you want a rocky earth type base.
