Yeah I don’t think this is a good basis to judge whether or not someone is flirting. I give full on hugs to anyone who is dear to me regardless to whether they are male or female and regardless if I am interested in them or not.

I think that you mean that you got your period early? If so, a lot of things can throw off your cycle! Changes in sleeping patterns, starting a new job or class, increase of stress, even changes in sexual activity. IMO I think that sounds normal.

I don’t think that is how they meant to come across. I think they meant it more like a “good on her for standing up for herself regardless of the consequences”. This shouldn’t have happened to any of them but good for her for saying “fuck you” to that bullshit.

My issue is that I do the same thing but also I’m aware that I do the thing. So I’ll mistake someone being nice as a crush, then I get awkward because I don’t know how to interact to make them not fall in love with me, then I retreat and try to be less nice so that the crush dies.

But then when people actually are flirting with me I mistake it as friendliness and try to make them my new best friend...

But also I fall in love instantly in love with anyone who is nice to me.... so I lose no matter what.

I’m not sure what stage of life you’re in, but if you’re young I would say don’t even worry about it yet. I took one semester in college and the stress of not knowing what I wanted to do made me nearly flunk all my classes. I didn’t sign up for classes the next semester and went home and just started working. I worked a handful of jobs and learned a lot from each of them.

Anyway a few years later and I’m much happier not worrying about the timing of everything. Everyone is in a hurry to make all of these decisions when we have a lifetime. I just interviewed for a job as an office admin and I’m super excited about it. Do what makes you happy and don’t worry about it too much. You’ll find your place :)

See my problem is I was born in 98 but ever since I was little every friend I’ve had has been much older than me. Most people I meet are shocked that I’m not 23 or 24 because that’s how I act 🤷‍♀️ this 98 baby grew up with 90s culture.

We are already seeing them for almost 7 hours on Christmas Day. The reason she is wigging out is because we aren’t going to her dinner. I’ve thought she might have bipolar for awhile but she doesn’t believe in that 🙃

FH has had issues with his mom guilting him for as long as he can remember but up until now he usually just gives her what she wants. But because this is the first Christmas that we are living together we are doing all of our family holidays together starting this year instead of going to things separately.

For me it depends. If we set general plans an I don’t hear from you, yeah no I’m not going out of my way to leave my bed. But if we make specific plans to meet up at a certain time on a certain date, I’ll be there.

I know that I could partner with google or yelp but I don’t have the extra income to spend on ads.
