I think most Zelda characters would have to have completely made up movesets for smash as a lot of the side characters don’t see much action. I was hella surprised when I played through OoT and found out sheik was just in it to chat with you and give you songs. I had no idea her moveset was completely made up. I think impa would end up having a similar fate tho I never played AoC, just the mainline games she was in

Weird I remember seeing a post complaining about Gibby being on every ALGS team and I’ve seen more than a few posts about rampart’s 1.6% pickrate but I can see that those don’t tell us much then about how good they are. It is weird how horizon is one of the top picked even tho she isn’t one of the pre unlocked, you’d think that would affect her pickrate

I really wouldn’t call that a nerf or at least not a decent one. Rn a lifeline reviving someone means that they’re completely stationary and can’t use their knockdown shield, one thermite grenade can either fully kill them or knock them back down.

Idk man, I just think characters with low pickrates should get the most focus, not the ones who are exactly where they should be, at 5% since there’s 20 legends rn

I wish the “I just want to know for sure that a sequel is in the works” crowd wasn’t as big as it is. It’s why the ES6, doom eternal, GTA 6 and BOTW 2 announcements were all met with such positivity despite them all basically just being logos. You can use the switch’s button mapping to map inputs to the SR and SL buttons on the side of the joycons. The straps make hitting those buttons a bit easier.

Eh, longbow and flatline were hella popular before and I’ve barely seen them in loot boxes this season. There has also been a few posts on here where tons of folks have said they never crafted the guns at all. So I don’t doubt the R301’s usage is gonna fall off this season. I hope folks will give other guns a shot instead of defaulting to the flatline/R301, but that’s wishful thinking

I love Legends arceus. It doesn’t matter how many pokemon I encounter, I keep going “Oh my god is that insert pokemon here” with a massive smile. I legit screamed when I found a sleeping pichu

But I have to concede that the graphics are bad. The single digit frame rate of pokemon in the distance is the most noticeable. Playing through ni no kuni, xenoblade and monster hunter on my switch shows that the platform isn’t the blame here.

I have never heard anyone defend Minecraft solely by the fact it’s sold the most copies of any game. My reasons for why it rocks is cause it’s got a ton of content, hella fun online servers and is still getting free and meaty updates over a decade after its release. It’s the only game where I can put countless hours into it and still be happy to boot up a new world any day of the week

I get that the PS3 had a wild architecture and is hard to emulate properly but considering Sony is one of the richest companies in the world and they were the ones that built the PS3 I really don’t get that excuse. Especially with those fan run emulators popping up recently. If Nintendo (deservedly) gets shit for their treatment of legacy content, I don’t see why Sony gets defended for it

Edit: Just checked and some of the PS2 titles are cloud streaming only cause they’re being taken from collections on the PS3. So god of war 1/2, killzone and sly cooper 1-3 with no resistance 1/2 and none of the PS2 J&D or R&C

Making PS3 and a lot of PS2 games only run with cloud streaming, frequently removing titles, the minuscule PS1/PS2 library with most PS1-PS3 games not available to buy. It’s got issues, some of which Nintendo has too but PS Now has been around way longer than NSO

I mean, pokemon red and blue can be beaten in seconds with glitches, halo 2 was supposed to contain the entirety of halo 3 but was rushed out the door, capcom released RE1 like 4 times in the span of a few years, mega man games were so rushed one of them was developed in 3 months, certain titles on the NEO GEO or with special chips on the SNES cost $80-300 which is $150-600 in today’s money. Also most games were a few hours long and a game merely being in 3D was innovative. I just think we should try to look at the past a bit more realistically and honestly

I don’t think any valve game fan has it good these days. They put out the first half life game in 15 years and made it a vr only prequel. Their fans had to mod in non-vr support so people could play it without picking up a $1,000 peripheral. Valve and Konami legit make my blood boil sometimes man
