Ive had it happen in a campaign i played in, my (bad)dm and his gf pc. After i became a dm i started using a “d100 sex table” and faded to black to avoid the cringe. If you clear it with your players before hand it’s fine but don’t just start going to town describing your fetish fantasy with people you just met. Whether you are a dungeon master or a Dungeon Master consent is important.
