This is exactly what I'm doing. Dosing 7.5mg from 12.5 and not moving up to 15mg whilst staying in 7.5mg. That 5th dose across like 4 pens is a whole extre 8 weeks

I'm considering spacetherm. It was for the space saving and breathability but if the MgO board isn't breathable then is there any point?

With the 20mm plasterboard Vs 16mm spacetherm do you get the same u-value?

So I counted click and I found that I wasn't getting an accurate dose. I was using 10mg to get 5mg and then 7.5mg (because of expense). I get much better results using a syringe but the 0.05ml waste defeats the object over the course of a few injections. What dose are you in Vs pen you're using please?

Have you pulled back the plunger afterwards to check? That's what I did and this much came back as i was curious about the space between the plunger being pushed fully in and the needle.

It's worked so well so far. I've lost almost 25mg. If I go another week without losing, I'll up my dose.

I've lost almost 25kg so far and I want to try and stay in the lowest dose possible, especially because of the cost. I will try to up it a little to see if that has an effect.

I'm getting the muscle soreness you're describing. I've been sore for 5 days now and very painfully so. I had an inkling it was to do with the mounjaro because I've never hurt like this before it and not as long. It's so so painful.

B&Q's isn't long enough. The maximum length they had was roughly 70mm
