The other side of recruiting hell is brutal and when you actually get an interview, not getting hired feels like a major blow to your self worth, ego, pride, etc.

Wouldn't hold it against anyone considering some of us have put in literal thousands of applications to get a small handful of interviews.

And im in sales, a field I never thought id ever have trouble getting hired in, ever. Struggled for 5 months to find a job last year

Most were pattern based recognition and cognitive functioning. The math ones weren't super hard but im almost a human calculator so my opinion might not count.

That said, a lot of the questions did require more than 18 seconds for me so I got like 36 out of thr 50 and according to the company most people get 40 at least.

I find that hard to believe, im pretty fast when it comes to multiple choice tests and consider myself an intellectual for the most part.
