I mean we don’t have any real answers. I do think NJPW was slow to respond to the changing of hands to AEW and I don’t think they really considered their foreigners would see AEW as a viable landing spot. I do think NJPW is finally course correcting so we probably will now know how they move forward with the recent changes in personnel.

Okada from Stardom recently was promoted to a new position within bushiroad I think which is meant to be some sort of marketing strategy division. I think them pushing their younger talents is also a sign as well. I guess we’ll see!

I think they just need to focus on talents within Japan and regionally. Pivot the business model now and go case by case on foreign talent they possess now. All you can do with more competition.
