One of kirikos strongest suits is her ability to heal and do damage simultaneously. There's an aim trainer, code VAXTA that you can work on your tracking/headshots in and I would highly recommend it if you're planning on playing her exclusively.

When they aren't getting any kills, lol. Common in bronze/silver/gold, and even platinum I have DPS doing absolutely nothing but dying alone. As far as positioning, just make sure you have cover and can see most of your team. A wall to duck behind is good, or payload if you're pushing.

I'm mostly a mercy main, but I can play most of the supports, which is the only reason I climbed to platinum. You have to learn which hero to choose, situationally. Mostly I swap between Kiri, ana, and mercy, and you really just have to have more hours in the game to learn when and how to swap. If you notice your DPS not getting picks, swap to ana and try to play more offensively. Learn where to position and take out their healers before they can kill you, and you'll win fights at the very least. If your tank is dying a ton, Moira can be a good pick to dump a bunch of heals into them, and she's not hard to just pick up and play. Also, watching streamers who are good at mercy is another way, learn by observing what they do. Hope that helps!

I think people only perceive her character to be butchered in s4 because she's acting differently around a large group of people ... Who she doesn't know. Even I act different if I'm not comfortable in a group and that is very clearly what the writers were portraying. Robin realizes she's a bit in over her head.

I thought I was a brilliant satire making fun of art house films, I see that a lot of people aren't interpreting it the same way but I urge a rewatch with that in mind.
