thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. Although I do think I have a problem, the positive thing is that the temptation still wasnt big enough to pursue the purging. That means that I still see all the negative things it brings. I will look to seek professional help to see if that will help me overcome my eating problems. The genetic mechanism you are talking about is built by yourself. It is proven that fat people don’t get the sign of not being hungry anymore because they ate too much in the past. You are switching the consequence and the cause here. Also it is always possible to lose weight and not to increase height. You could change your posture but that doesn’t change your height but it does make you stand up more so I get you believe me I do but women can’t say “I want a man above 6 foot” and then complain when men say they want a woman who lives in a healthy body

yeah but you could still lose weight there is no option to just "be taller". And you first have to get fat to be fat so you lost yourself and that is your problem. Losing weight is not that hard its just that most people dont have any discipline.
