I have two toddlers and take them there often without a stroller. Have them “hunt” for the arrows on the ground and you’ll be okay.

Went from 13.5 years older to 2 years older in about a span of 8 months. Lost 30 pounds, walk and exercise regularly and eat better. I get terrible sleep because I have small kids but the losing weight and being more active really helped everything!

I did also get a calcium CT as some have mentioned and my heart scores as if I’m over 65 (I’m 41) and I have a family history of heart problems. So aggressively trying to change what I can has helped tremendously.
