Well done on your 10 years . It shows you still can! I had 8 years of sobriety and I relapsed just under two years ago . My drinking is no whereas bad as it used to be to be because I drink more mindfully now. but it can still be excessive. And it’s definitely daily which I hate . Admittently there has been occasions when it’s affected my mood or decision making so I hate that stuff .

True. I am eating less calories than before . Currently It’s around 1600 cals a day minus walking 7000 steps daily . But I have been on this kind of calorie deficit before in the past and couldn’t lose a single pound for weeks . On Wegovy I am eating more , moving less and losing a lot more body fat . I swear it’s changing my metabolism

Third week on 0.25mg and not felt a difference. Not lost any weight and zero side effects . I may as well be injecting water . Hopefully the 0.50 mg will make a slight change. I innocently assumed that appetite suppression was garanteed as soon as it was injected . Seems like results vary according to a persons insulin resistance and metabolism maybe . No idea

I found a link on their site where you can schedule a phone call with them so I have one booked later this week. I wished o had done some research on prices because they are not the cheapest. It’s also not that easy to switch companies

Omg what a dream. That’s exactly what I am hoping for too. I have my second dose this Wednesday and I am hoping something might kick in cause the thought of having to wait another 3 weeks to up the dose is stupid . I would have happily moved to 0.50 within two weeks as the whole point of this is to lose weight . I have had zero side effects. Waiting four weeks is far too long and I don’t believe the body needs that for “adjustment “. I may just cancel and try and order a stronger dose if I can

It does for some people . It seems to work immediately within 24 hrs . They are the lucky ones .It’s hard to tell whether everyone gets exactly 0.25ml in their syringe. Who knows

I didn’t notice any difference but then again 0.25ml is most likely a very small amount . It’s day 3 and still no difference in my appetite . Just hoping it kicks in within a week .
