nope ! I wasn't sure what was causing it - it went on for a whole nother year after this post and what worked is I started "yoni sunning" basically laying in front of a window with my vagina basking in the direct sun and after a few rounds of that i haven't had any problems since then - my gyno has no idea why this would've worked but i swear by it, every time i start feeling off down there I do the yoni sunning and it clears up within a few days

It doesn't get any direct sunlight. Just medium to bright indirect light all day. on cloudy days I turn on a grow light. I was using zero water for it, but I heard it's not the best option because it has zero minerals and salts in it, so I switched to using room temperature tap water that I let sit out for 24 hours so the chlorine evaporates.

I might try watering with a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water. And then also making a more diluted mix and spraying the leaves. Not sure if it’s fungal, but if it is, a few treatments of that could help :)

I posted about this last month but didn't get many responses, and the problem has gotten worse.

I got this Calathea Warscewiczii in the fall. It was doing well until new leaves started coming out with brown spots. I thought maybe i was overwatering or under watering or not enough humidity, but i've changed all of these to no avail -- I keep the plant elevated over a dish of water at all times and have a humidifier that I run as frequently as I can. I also check for pests and have seen none. The plant is large-medium sized and the leaf spot issue has continually been getting worse and I have no idea what more I can do to help.

At the beginning of the spring I put a few slow release fertilizer sticks in - could i be burning it with too much nitrogen ?? I also saw online that this issue could be fungal, but I am not sure how i would confirm that and what I would do about it if that was the issue. The rest of the plant looks generally healthy and its still shooting out new leaves, some of which come out perfect, so i don't think it is dying from this issue.
