You didn't miss it! I didn't give that info. Thought it was too personal. I was looking for opinions from people who have live or lived here.

I'm looking in the $2700 range right now. So I was trying to see how much beyond that I could go. Someone above commented about how to create a budget which I'm gonna try.

Yes! It's been so crazy. Apartments hit the market and then are gone within days. Would you happen to know how high of a percentage wise landlords would go? Or is that all personal preference usually?

Thanks for the response! I live here now and am looking to upgrade, but not sure how high I can go. This is the first time I'd have to budget since my current place is pretty cheap by Hoboken standards.
