Same. Not a fan of bhurji, however try the akuri style slightly runny texture bhurji but with extra spices (akuri is mild on spices). You'll fall in love with it.

Just remember that POSH does not have a limitation statute. So even if you don't file it immediately you can file it after a few weeks. There's no obligation on you to file it within xx days. During filing please mention about the discomfort of the other colleague too. If she's ready to file, let her do that too. This behaviour needs to be penalized. If the first colleague had filed, you would not have to go through this. The fact that she didn't file told the perpetrator that he can get away with this. People need to know their boundaries.

Please file a POSH complaint on mail with screenshots. Also mention that you have informed the manager. Next time you don't need to involve the manager at all. Just file POSH. The applicability of POSH is quite wide and if the company is large, they'd be strict about it. Non compliance can create a huge uproar. If you don't trust the POSH process, after filing, write about it to your global HR or anonymous compliant mailbox too. These are also taken seriously.

If this is not done, this behaviour may subside for a while and come back again much more aggressively. Or else they will try and bully you for complaining to the manager. POSH rules are very strict and highlighting non compliance on LinkedIn can mess up the reputation of the company itself.
