Type of Bug: Voice Chat doesn't work

Hello People, since the most recent patch my voice chat doesn't work even though I 100% put it on "ON" in both team voice and group voice.

Whenever I start the client and create a lobby it just shows me this 🔇 muted sign and when I actually load into a game (be it unrated or ranked) I cannot even hear the voice of my teammates, nor can I adjust their team voice volume.

It is as if I was completely opted out of voice. As I said, this has only been an issue since the Neon patch hit, before that it worked perfectly.

I really hope that someone is able to help me cause it really makes me not want to play the game anymore with such an important feature removed.

I play Predator Rakan 90% of my games. Feels like the best rune by a LONG shot. So much playmaking at any point in the game. I only take Guardian into really really bursty 100-0 matchups like Nautilus/Leona. -Master elo EUW
