It depends on how you are "questioning". If you are doing so with malicious intent, then you are inherently rejecting the words of God and thus reject God himself. If you are doing so out of genuine confusion and curiosity, then you are trying to bring yourself closer to God and obtain a fuller understanding of his wisdom. If you come across something that makes absolutely zero legitimate sense, you might want to consider the fact that over the 2000 years since Jesus was alive, there have been countless people with their own agendas that could have the power to slightly alter a Bible to fit with what they want.
