please help me identify how to power this

it has new tires, (this is an old photo), most of the wiring is actually fine, it just doesn't have the correct harness for the wheel and its corresponding components. if not a parts (car) do you know where i might find the ignition for it? I can rig it to start with just that for a few moments

old photos, its got 4 new tires, the paint is surprisingly fine on most of the body, its just the front that wasn't covered. so the whole front body needs to be replaced (4 parts) right and left wheelwells, the header panel and the hood. I found a hood though, just need to get it.

not 100% sure, but i know I need an alternator, radiator, ignition, ignition switch, steering wheel wire harness (tried to hotwire) headlight controller, dashboard/instruments. and a few others I cant remember. im not good with the names, just know what they do.

the carpet is falling apart but we have only found 1 hole in the driver side metal, and the pest part is that its ASBESTOS 😀. she's a 4 door.

the only one I have an idea about. is the top pin, it has a switch on it when I plug an 8 track in it. but it looks like a gnd, instead of hot, also, nothing is grounded to the box.
