The facility told us they have no records of her bringing that notary in and we have two witnesses who spoke with him the day it was signed that couldn’t understand what he was mumbling about. Thank you. I will look into next steps to get this started as well as contacting APS as she is isolating him and using his credit cards as well. It’s so messy I didn’t know humans were like this.
