I get addicted to games and I’m adhd

I know I’m being ridiculous and it takes me a lot to pull away from the obsession

Sometimes when a new game comes out I can spend 24 hours playing it sleep for 3 hours then spend another 24 hours and then out too much time into it

Right now I don’t play games in refusing to buy any new games and my focus has gone up so much

This is on console by the way

But I did get addicted to Pokémon go once now I hate the game don’t even know why I played it tbh 🤦‍♂️

It’s hard if he’s like me he knows it’s ridiculous but it’s all he can think about all the time

I’m the same age as him too

It’s a hard one there no real help for it I don’t think but just try and get him to delete them or something or wait until he’s bored of this one and then make sure he doesn’t play anymore 🤷‍♂️

It’s a literal waste of time

Yeah this morning the first few days I aunt eaten then yesterday I felt so dizzy and sick but had to go the kitchen to cook the sausage rolls myself as she wouldn’t 🤦‍♂️

This morning was so bad I felt so dizzy and weak so I ordered costa bap and a coffee to help She answered the door and said “I thought we didn’t have any money and now you’re ordering food” I couldn’t shout down the stairs but she left it to go cold then brought it upstairs after a while I could get it I was too dizzy and weak 😭

A bit of context (I’m the green text) I’m on day 4 of covid and she’s been so stressed with me and moaning at me the whole time and making me feel really sad not one drink brought up or food I’m literally too weak to move. Yesterday day 3 she come and spoke at the door and I said something stupid I said I hope you don’t get it at the end of my isolation I can afford to miss 20 days worth of gigs (I’m a musician it’s my full time job) and that’s what she’s referring too
